Alexandra has nearly 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record as a Senior Project Executive and Operations Optimization Leader.
As managing principal, she leads the Medical Equipment Planning division, in this position she provides guidance to her teams and clients on the most complex healthcare projects sharing expertise through knowledge gained throughout her 8 years of planning and project managing world-class healthcare facilities across the world. Alexandra has a proven track record of bottom-line contributions to organizational cost reductions, solution-driven outcomes, and effective team collaborations.
Prior to joining Introba, she served as the business management lead for the University of Miami Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department with operational oversight and strategic management of all non-technical operations for 15 Clinical (independent and hospital based), 4 research and 1 Comparative Pathology laboratories inclusive of 6 regional stat lab facilities across South Florida. Laboratory specialties including but not limited to Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Mass Spectrometry, Toxicology, Immunology, Special Coagulation, Serology, Microbiology, Cytogenetics, Flow Cytometry, Molecular, Genomics, Histology, Immunohistochemistry, and Cytology. Today, she continues to actively share this knowledge as an expert in the field of laboratory equipment planning within the healthcare industry.
