Andy joined Introba in 2007 and has mastered the design, construction, and contractual challenges of large, complex projects. In 2014, Andy was responsible for the start-up of Introba’s Victoria Design Studio and is now the managing principal overseeing the mechanical team for projects on Vancouver Island. With expertise in hydronic, air- and ground-source heat pumps, and district energy systems, Andy also brings a professional background in energy modeling to his project teams.
