Rob Bolin is a senior MEP operations leader with over 30 years of experience in highly sustainable engineering design and consulting.

Rob’s focus has been on high-performance design for his entire career, and he has contributed to the design of dozens of projects that have realized LEED, Net Zero, and WELL certifications.

Passionate about developing appropriate high-performance solutions for the built environment, Rob focuses on integrating passive and low-energy systems with high-performance architectural forms and features to achieve the clients’ sustainability goals. Recognized as a national expert in the design of high-performance green buildings, some of Rob’s notable projects include the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse (LEED Platinum), Long Beach Civic Center (LEED Platinum), and NRDC’s Santa Monica Office, which was one of the first LEED Platinum-certified projects in the US and was the highest-rated US LEED project at the time of certification.
