With over 40 years of experience, Tom Simpson has extensive knowledge of all aspects of high-performance building design and efficient systems in a broad range of project types including corporate offices, mission critical, academic, laboratories, industrial, cultural, civic, and multi-family residential.

Tom’s passion for high-performance building design has led him to accomplish the highest-scoring LEED-Platinum project in North America with 95 points awarded with no points denied. He has traveled overseas to manage some of Introba’s most impressive international work including three King Saud Abdulaziz medical campuses in Saudi Arabia and the Dubai International Financial Centre located in the heart of Dubai’s new central business district.

He has assisted the District of Columbia in demonstrating its vision to become the most sustainable city in the country. Tom led the development of a “Roadmap to a Sustainable Future” for the redevelopment of the former Walter Reed Medical Center campus which is a companion document to the Redevelopment Authority Reuse Plan. Tom brings insight to Introba with a commitment to excellence in service to our clients and innovation in high-performance building systems.
