Broadwick Soho

Introba played a crucial role in the development of Broadwick Soho, a high-end hotel located at the corner of Broadwick and Berwick Streets in Soho.

The project, owned by a tech entrepreneur, aimed to embody the trendy and opulent Soho vibe with its luxurious features and extravagant design.

Broadwick Soho featured 57 rooms, two bars, two restaurants, and a rooftop bar. The interior design reflected a mix of opulence and grunginess, aiming to capture the essence of old-school Soho with a touch of decadence. The hotel's aesthetic included high-end finishes, Italian terrazzo and marble, Murano glass chandeliers, and extravagant artwork.

Introba's involvement spanned four years, with a notable focus on increasing site presence, commissioning management, and overseeing the construction process. Following a realignment of responsibilities mid-way through construction, Introba took a much more hands-on approach, overcoming challenges and steering the project to completion, showcasing our adaptability and commitment to excellence.

The hotel's impact on the community aimed to maintain a public access atmosphere, welcoming anyone while also maintaining a sense of exclusivity. Broadwick Soho was designed to become a prominent venue in Soho, blending opulence with the edgy charm characteristics of the area. Despite facing challenges and deviations from the original plan, Introba's efforts contributed to the successful realization of Broadwick Soho, making it a standout establishment in the heart of Soho.
