Located in the heart of Kensington, the Equinox Gym was uniquely designed to provide unprecedented hospitality.
The building creates an experience that exudes quality and inspiration. The development uses the existing space and unique listed ceiling to create this high-end experience.
Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) undertook a review role to assist in coordinating and installing the base build services and the available landlord’s supplies. This involved the relighting and modernization of the central color-changing ceiling, complete with a central lighting feature linked to photocells to mimic the outside light intensity. This section formed an integral part of the listing of the area.
The building has a high level of service to meet the rapidly changing uses of the spaces enabling the client to maximize the building utilization.
Through effective communication and understanding of the client’s needs fully, the design was not compromised.
