SOUL 64 | Phase 1

Located in one of the most prestigious areas within Belgrade, SOUL 64 is a fusion of architecture, nature and design.

The project was developed through an architecture competition where renowned architects with domestic and international experience offered their visions of the “city within a city”.

SOUL 64 seeks to push architectural boundaries for a residential development, with housing tailored to future tenant needs which include a high ratio of biophilia and green areas. The complex itself meets the concept of “everything in one place”.

Phase 1 consists of multiple buildings including underground garages over of 60,000m2 a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, and retail space.

Introba is providing MEP services that will meet future tenants’ requirements and match the overall concept of SOUL 64. Having been engaged from the beginning, Introba are defining the concept, and producing all the necessary construction documents for the MEP services design.
