Sudbury Health Centre
This project involves the creation of a new 2-story, 35,000 ft² health center, which will consolidate many services under one roof for the community including dental, x-ray, SIAM, and audiology department.
The health center is a much-needed improvement for the growing local population.
Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) provided mechanical, electrical and public health design as well as sustainability strategies for the state-of-the-art health center. Sustainable technologies include CHP, photovoltaic, air source heat pumps, and variable air volume ventilation systems for a targeted BREEAM Excellent rating.
