The Woodley
Introba (formerly Integral Group) provided full-service mechanical and electrical engineering services for The Woodley residential apartment building located on the northwest quadrant of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel site in northwest Washington DC.
The project comprises eight levels of residential, totaling approximately 278,400 ft² plus two full and one partial sub-grade parking and service levels (about 112,000 ft² and 270 parking spaces). Bicycle and other tenant storage and utility spaces are also provided in the P levels.
There are a total of 212 neoclassical, luxury high-rise apartment complex units. Including one studio apartment, eighty-seven one-bedroom apartments, thirty-six one-bedroom apartments with a den, forty-eight two-bedroom apartments, twenty-two two-bedroom apartments with a den, and seventeen three-bedroom apartments and a fitness center expected to accommodate tenants. The project will be LEED certified to a silver level under NC version 2.2.
