Scott Crease

Scott supports Introba’s residential and mixed-use offers for clients, having previously co-led the housing sector as Director at Max Fordham.

He is an expert in modern methods of construction and has worked on various affordable housing, services apartments, and private rented accommodation schemes.

 With his background in Manufacturing and Product Engineering, Scott champions off-site manufacturing in the office and on his projects. He has worked on various scales of buildings, from infill sites to high-rise residential developments. 

Some of Scott’s most notable projects include the multi-award-winning Agar Grove, one of the largest and tallest Passivhaus developments in the UK, 8 Harbord Square part of the Wood Wharf development consisting of 82 loft style apartments that reflects the heritage of Canary Wharf and award-winning Hobhouse Court, a mixed-use development with 20 homes, 1100m2 office space, art gallery, retail space, comprising of both Grade II* listed renovation and new build.
