137-141 East 4th Office & Industrial Building

Introba is currently providing mechanical, fire protection and energy modeling consulting engineering services for the construction of a new office building located at lot A, 137-141 East 4th Avenue in Vancouver, BC.

This seven-story office and industrial building will be approximately 58,000 sq ft, one level of industrial at the ground floor, six levels of office spaces, bicycle storage facilities, a shared office lobby and four levels of underground parking. The new building will consolidate flexible office and high-tech office floors with a mix of client-owned and tenant space. All tenants will have access to two roof gardens: a large wraparound roof deck on level four and a rooftop deck on level eight.
