American Heritage Apartments

American Heritage Apartments was built originally as the American National Bank.

Doubled in size in 1905, the building now has fourteen levels: two floors of retail, one floor of office space, and the balance is residential. This historic high-rise office space was renovated into apartments consisting of 57 flats (80,000 ft²) on the 3rd through 11th floors, as well as 30,000 ft² of retail and office space in the basement through the 2nd floor. Concrete-encased steel columns, beams, concrete, and wood floor structures with steel stud construction were used, and split system heat pumps were utilized for the HVAC system.

Introba (formerly Integral Group) was retained to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services.
