Beneficial State Bank Offices

This tenant improvement retrofit project is for Beneficial State Bank, a development bank in downtown Oakland.

The space includes offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, storage, a server room, and an outdoor deck. The retrofit resulted in a comfortable occupant environment, including excellent acoustic performance and daylighting.

Introba (formerly Integral Group) provided this office’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and sustainability consulting services. The design incorporates low-flow plumbing fixtures, high-efficiency LED lighting, and controls—the office plans to utilize the lab’s thermal mass on exposed ceilings with ceiling fans.
