Maple Independent Living Facility
Maple is a senior’s independent living facility by Truman Homes, located at 383 Smith Street in NW Calgary.
The four-story 11,920 m² (including parkade) building has a total of 95 residential units, an underground parkade with areas for bike storage, and a waste/recycling area. Maple offers several one- and two-bedroom layout options for independent, active seniors and is in partnership with the Brenda Strafford Foundation’s adjacent Cambridge Manor.
Introba (formerly Integral Group) provided Built Green High Density consulting and energy modeling services. The project was completed in 2019 and achieved Built Green Gold certification in January 2020.
