Marriott Park Lane
This project involved the development of an existing residential building in London’s world-renowned Park Lane into a 157-room, 5-star Marriott Hotel.
Work on this project included mechanical and electrical design for the central hotel and 18 luxury serviced apartments. Key features included building services engineering for a fitness center and leisure pool (located in the basement), high-end acoustic specification, and service design for the hotel’s extensive restaurant and kitchens.
As with all projects of this scale and standard, meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and exemplary project management were the key to successful delivery within a grade II* listed building.
