Calina Ferraro
Calina Ferraro serves as Regional Education Sector Leader for Introba.
She brings over 15 years of sustainable engineering experience in three countries and two continents to the Introba team. With experience in both building science and design engineering, Calina enjoys collaborating with a broad spectrum of professionals across the construction industry. Her design experience mirrors the diverse range of space types found on modern education campuses. Her project experience includes workplace, academic, mixed-use residential, laboratories, healthcare, athletic facilities, and central utility systems.
As leader of Introba’s Education Sector in the US, Calina aims to lead by example by building trust and maintaining a strong dialogue with her teams – both within Introba and beyond. She is committed to creating learning environments and campus spaces that benefit both our planet and the well-being of the people who engage in these spaces.
Calina is a recipient of Consulting-Specifying Engineer Magazine’s 40 Under 40 award in 2015 and Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer Magazine’s Mechanical Engineer of the Year award in 2018. She is a registered professional engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a WELL Accredited Professional.
