Life at Introba
We are the curious. Problem solvers. Driven to unlock the potential in every system. Tirelessly wondering how things work and where they connect.
Cultivating and evolving a company culture that is open, honest, and future-focused is mutually essential to the needs of our people and our business.
Explore some of our DEI and social impact initiatives below to get to know us a little better.
Employee Resource Groups
Our ERGs are voluntary, team member-led groups focused on fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging. These groups help team members build strong connections, offer social, educational, and outreach activities, create development opportunities for future leaders, and work towards elevating and prioritizing the unique needs of our diverse workforce. Our ERGs also operate as diverse advisory councils for corporate teams on items such as policies, benefits, communications, social impact strategy and more.
-
WOMEN
The Women's ERG is inclusive and goes beyond women. With an intention to be inclusive of trans and non-binary women and male allies who are passionate about gender equality and increasing the representation of women in all levels of our leadership. The mission of the group is to connect, support, empower and include women as an under-represented group within the firm.

Introba Gives
The Introba Gives program is a global framework formalizing our commitment and approach to Giving Back.
The program focuses on:
• Supporting our communities and those most vulnerable through our time, skills and funds.
• Improving accessibility to giving back; platforming events and supporting employees with flexible paid volunteer time.
• Introducing a financial process to support pro bono work – using our design skills to benefit non-for profits.
• Creating more consistent and wider reaching IMPACT.
In 2023 we supported over 40 local organizations across our global community, provided employees with 4 paid volunteer hours and began work on three new pro bono projects supporting non-for-profit organizations.
This program supports two of our ESG GRI Goals - GRI 203: Indirect Economic Impacts and GRI 413: Local Communities.
How We Give Back
-
Volunteering
Volunteering empowers our employees to make a difference in their respective communities. Our commitment to social responsibility is reflected in our offering of annual company-paid volunteer hours.
Volunteering not only allows our employees to give back but also provides the opportunity to create tailored opportunities for team building. These activities serve as cornerstones for our long-term commitment to service, enabling us to collectively create a powerful impact in the communities we serve.
Beyond the confines of the workplace, our volunteer engagements imbue our employees' lives with deeper meaning, both personally and professionally. Join us in our journey to effect positive change and leave a lasting legacy in the places we call home.

Pro Bono
The Introba Gives Pro Bono stream enables our employees to contribute their technical expertise and skills to support non-profit organizations. Through this program, we undertake pro bono design projects and feasibility studies to assist non-profits dedicated to serving their communities and the environment.
If you have a pro bono opportunity that you would like to share with our team, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We look forward to collaborating with you to make a positive impact.

Charitable Giving
Aligned with our Just Label, Introba donates a minimum of 1% net profit annually to a range of organizations. We empower our people to give back to causes near and dear to their hearts, participate in Bridges to Prosperity, and allocate charitable donation funding to our four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support organizations aligned to their mission and goals.
Some offices have charitable efforts that range the whole year through, like the Belgrade team, who collect plastic bottle caps supporting Cap for Handicap. Or the Kansas City office who collect aluminum cans throughout the year and donate the proceeds to Angel Hearts Rescue. Our Canadian offices support local Indigenous organizations in honor of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The Introba Gives program aims to inspire employees to help others, and we believe that even small acts of kindness can make a positive change.
