Introba Congratulates 2023 National PCA Mentoring Program Appointments
Congratulations to Sustainability Consultants Koliya Perera and Angie Chacon on their selection to participate in the 2022-2023 Property Council of Australia (PCA’s) National Mentoring Program.
The 12-month PCA Mentoring Program offers industry professionals a unique opportunity to expand their professional networks and skillset in the building and construction industry. By attending seminars, events, and online sessions and working closely with their mentor, participants gain the insight and confidence required to advance their careers.
2021-2022 PCA mentee Kavita Gusain said, “The program connected me virtually and physically with the industry. It was challenging, but I could grow and excel in my role through my mentor’s support and guidance.”
Introba (formerly Integral Group) also congratulates Senior Principals David Barker and Ken Loh, who have been selected as mentors for the up-and-coming industry professionals. Ken has been selected as a mentor for a seventh consecutive year. “Being involved in this program is energizing. The participants are always keen to learn from my experience, and it feels great being able to give back to the industry.”
We look forward to watching the careers of our PCA mentees flourish as they make a lasting impact on the building and construction industry.
