The project comprised the fitout and refurbishment of four floors, 28,000 ft² (2600 m²), to provide flexible serviced office accommodation.
Introba (formerly Integral Group/Elementa Consulting) provided new contemporary receptions with flexible break-out areas, meeting room suites, large comms rooms, new supplementary ventilation, air conditioning system, energy-efficient lighting design, and aesthetic lighting in a contemporary office space with full height glazing and integral blinds.
Introba’s work included upgrading the air-conditioning, provisioning communications room UPS, and installing small power and energy-efficient lighting. Further to this, the team modified all existing mechanical and electrical services to accommodate the new functions.
