Christ’s Secondary School

This new build facility at Christ’s Secondary School provides a new music center comprising a fully equipped concert space, practice rooms and rehearsal area, keyboard lab, digital recording studio, and state-of-the-art midi computer suite; new sports hall, and caretakers accommodation.

The project also included a two-story Science block extension with laboratories.

Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) provided this project’s mechanical, electrical, and public health design. Key features included natural ventilation, two heating systems (underfloor heating and heating via radiators), and automatic control systems. Challenges in this project included the complex coordination of site services.
