Fanshawe College - London Downtown Campus

The project included six industrial training kitchens and related preparation and storage facilities, a mock hotel suite, academic labs and computer labs, server rooms, classrooms, and related space for the School of Information Technology and the School of Hospitality. Administration and faculty offices as well as student study, lounge, and social spaces were also included. The building defined its energy target of 10% better than OBC 2015 and energy saving strategies were introduced to achieve this goal.

Introba was retained to provide Total Building Commissioning Services (HVAC, Electrical and Building Enclosure) for the Fanshawe College Downtown Campus Building B, in London ON. In addition, we developed and provided a calibrated RETScreen Expert model for the project.
