Lyndon B. Johnson National Historic Park – Rehabilitate Texas White House
Our team breathed new life into history at the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park in Texas.
Tasked with the meticulous rehabilitation and historic restoration of the iconic Texas White House and Hangar Building, we navigated the challenges of preserving a one-story Late Victorian house originally constructed in 1890.
As architects and engineers, they seamlessly blended modern design with historical significance, earning their role as the Designer of Record. From the inception of design development to overseeing construction documents bidding and administration, we crafted a narrative of preservation. Their responsibilities spanned architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage (MEP) engineering services, ensuring every detail of this National Historic Landmark was meticulously attended to. This project showcases our commitment to marrying the past with the present, leaving an indelible mark on the Lyndon B. Johnson legacy.
