The $60M AUD greenfield project has sustainability at its core; it is a Property Council of Australia (PCA) grade A building and 5-star Green Star accredited.

All services in the building leverage the base building integrated communications network (ICN), providing the building owner with a common platform for managing and monitoring the building assets. Each building services platform has been selected with RESTful API for ease of future tenant integration.

An automated fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) application will also provide high-level monitoring of the building management system and associated systems.
