Rachel Lieberman
Rachel Lieberman places a high importance on cultivating relationships with those she works with, both internally and externally.
Since joining Introba in 2012, Rachel quickly distinguished herself in the field of building performance and optimization, delivering building commissioning services for projects of all sizes and complexity, culminating in her appointment to co-lead the Toronto performance engineering team. Rachel has worked with Introba team members across the globe, most recently as project manager for one of Introba’s large clients. She is capable of leading large multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence.
Rachel is committed to the development of her peers; she has been one of the driving forces behind Introba’s peer-to-peer Fresh Voices program. Rachel is also actively involved in the local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, including serving as a board member during the 2018/2019 year.
As managing principal, Rachel applies her client-centered delivery methods, discovers new opportunities for team growth, and enhances the client experience, for the Toronto practice.
