Introba is preparing a Carbon Neutral Real Portfolio Plan for Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO).

The Plan includes a strategic evaluation of CSC's entire portfolio of facilities, ranging from research centers to administrative buildings and defence, to identify the most cost-effective means of achieving low-carbon building and facility operations and meeting their carbon neutrality targets. A combination of virtual site visits, energy, and emission modeling, costing analysis, and bets practice research will be used to determine the right combination of retrofits and other actions necessary to decarbonize the portfolio by region. A climate risk assessment will also be completed to help identify any potential for improving the portfolio's resilience to a changing climate. The completed plan will provide the information necessary to move into implementation, including priority actions and facilities, strategies, and expected costs.
