St. Louis County, Emergency Communications Center
We provided engineering and technology services for the St. Louis County, Emergency Communications Center.
We served as the lead A/E for the programming, design, bidding, and construction administration phase services for a new single-story, 31,600-SF hardened building and associated site improvements at a 10-acre site on the Southwest portion of Ohlendorf Park. The facility is utilized as a new Emergency Communications Center to serve the St. Louis County Metropolitan Area. The construction documents for the building were developed using Revit 3D software.
As the lead A/E firm, Ross & Baruzzini provided programming, planning, architecture, interior design, and engineering of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, IT/communications and security systems as well as commissioning services. The ECC facility includes:
