Introba provided engineering design, bidding, and construction administration services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a greenfield building site for the City of Wentzville, Missouri, to create a new community center facility that will be approximately 80,000 sf of base building area.

Functional use areas include classrooms, activity rooms, meeting spaces, senior center, childcare, gymnasium, leisure pool with indoor/outdoor waterslide, elevated jogging track, weight and cardio fitness equipment, locker rooms, party rooms, concessions, general public spaces, and administrative areas. The scope also includes approximately 10,000 sf of tenant spaces to accommodate areas for Mercy Health rehabilitation programs and Lindenwood University educational programs.

Our professional engineering services included Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Phase Services. Deliverables included design narratives, code analysis, cost estimates, drawings, and technical specifications. During construction, services include reviewing contractor submittals, field observations, responding to RFIs, punch lists, and record drawings.
