West Fraser Lands Child Care and Washrooms
Introba is providing mechanical, electrical, and energy modelling services for the new 69-space childcare facility, which includes four specific age group programs for Infants, and toddlers, as well as part and full-time preschool.
The new childcare facility has an integrated park washroom which includes four individual universal washrooms and service spaces to serve the adjacent Riverfront Park.
The West Fraser Lands Child Care and Park Washrooms will be built and certified to the Passive House standard as well as LEED version 4 Gold and will use no fossil fuels so as to minimize energy consumption and GHG emissions.
