YVR Little Wings Daycare

Little Wings Daycare is a non-profit childcare supporting employees working on Sea Island in Richmond.

This project was to build a new childcare facility on a new site as the existing lease would expire. Introba was engaged to provide mechanical and electrical design services for this project. The project budget was a primary factor for this non-profit group, and Introba worked closely with the Board of Directors to provide innovative design strategies to adhere to project budgets. This project was a fast-tracked project to ensure seamless childcare service during the facility transfer. The project delivery method was revised into a modified design-build project in order to adhere to the schedule and budget. The project transformed eight portable trailers into a new childcare facility serving approximately 50 children.
